Excellent option for those buyers…
Excellent option for those buyers purchasing using low deposits or government schemes with all other financials ready and confirmed - I secured an urgent sale property at short notice using one after a lot of searching in Sydney's market. Noting not all banks will update you on having this option although brokers will - I highly recommend this if you need it.

A very lengthy process which took a very long time and required extensive amount of documentation. The communication was good about what was needed but it seemed overkill for a loan which was already approved.I did receive the bond at the end which was great and the payment and instant bond release was great.
