Don't recommend!! Save your money.

I had ordered DermaSet cream and though the tracking said it was delivered to my doorstep I never received it. Therefore I emailed the customer service department, and they said I needed to ask my mailman and call the post office. I did both to no avail. I emailed the back and was left a voicemail by a customer service representative named Anna. Well I called and she said that it was not DermaSet's fault that the post office lost my package and before she could say another word, I embarrassingly snapped at her and was indignant and start spewing invectives at her. I have to say this is not my usual style but I had a really bad morning and Anna got the brunt of it. After I finished she calmly offered me a solution to my issue. Now I looked like the fool I had been, but she was so accommodating and kind as I tried to apologize for my intense rudeness. I did what she told me to do and she made a point for me to call her after I used her solution (like she'd want to talk to me again)! She was so happy we resolved the issue and could not have had more grace or kindness! It says SO much to me that I was so inappropriate and yet, Anna-this incredibly professional representative was determined to fix any issues I had. DermaSet is lucky to have her-

Okay folks I am not a rich person but I was given a sample of this by a friend, and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! She then told me how much it cost! I usually use oly skin care day and night and get great results, BUT I ACTUALLY SEEN MY WRINKLES UNDER MY EYES DISAPPEAR! My husband noticed my friends noticed, my skin tone is brighter my make up feels lighter it makes me feel like a young lady again and I’m 50. So ladies if you can afford it try it, you can always return it and get a full refund but you won’t! I’m LOVING IT♥️🔥♥️

This product does not work just another way of getting ur money and yes I fell for it but did nothing at all.i had to push one of the star to even write anything but I would have given it a 0

I wanted to use Dermaset for a while before I write the review. It’s been a really good experience! My skin is pretty sensitive but I haven’t had any breakouts during the month that I’ve used it. Granted it’s summertime and skin always looks better with more vitamin D, yet my fine lines seem to have smoothed out. It smells like a luxury product, not too strong and pleasant. If I continue using any cream, this will be it.

Love that I can use same cream on face and u see eyes. Makes skin care much easier

After using the product for 2 weeks, I noticed incredible results. My skin has never felt so smooth. The serum doesn’t make my skin oily. Very cooling feeling. I would recommend this product for anyone that wants to see great results.

Amazing product, the applicator tip is great, since it’s metallic it gives a nice cooling and refreshing feel. After about a week I saw the difference under my eyes and felt the tightness in my skin again. 10/10 recommend. The smell makes it even better.

I decided to try this product upon a recommendation from a friend. I am so happy i did. I have been using this the past week both day and night and have noticed a huge difference in my under eye puffiness. My dark circles are also much lighter. I cannot wait to see how I look a month from now. I am taking pics to document. I love the rollerball application and even the smell is nice. I highly recommend!!!!

Loved the 3D rollerball technology!!! Very easy application. Every application feels like a massage treatment which is very relaxing. As the serum is applied it quickly takes effect. The skin around the eye area starts to tighten and becomes more radiant, even on the very first application! Along with all the positive effects, the serum smells amazing!

I am not one to write reviews. However, I feel
that I need to share my opinion about this amazing serum. I have been using it for a few months now; morning and night and I have seen such a big difference in the area around my eyes. I am over 40 and have not felt the need to get any painful injections. This serum solves all of my issues such as puffy eyes, crows feet and even the darkness that I used to have. I absolutely love this product. The roller is gentle and it smells so nice. I'm really happy with the results. My skin is smoother around my eyes. The key is to be patient. Good products do not work overnight - but it is soooo worth the wait. Having sensitive skin, I am happy that this product is powerful yet gentle and natural. I had no reactions what so ever. After a couple of weeks, Dermaset will now be part of my daily regiment. I'm so thankful I found a product that really works.

Just started using this product a week ago and already see an incredible difference.

Great skincare line! The cream leaves your skin nice and soft. I can feel the difference instantly.
This is just the 1st week so I will post an update after a month of use.

Customer service is awful. I called as I was charged for something I never received. The man that answered was rude and argumentative, wouldn't even let me talk. He ask me when I was billed when I told him he corrected me, I told him on my back account it showed they took the money on the dated I said. He argued telling me I did receive the product which I told him I didn't. I ended it with 179.00 taken from me, no product. I told him I dont want anything from this company. I learned a lesson, read the reports from the bbb before purchasing.

The customer service for this company is a disgrace. I cancelled my second order and did not receive a response for several weeks. Read the complaints submitted to the Better Business bureau website and cancelled the payment on the second shipment. Also returned the second shipment. They are now telling me that they refused the package and sent it back to me which I never received. I received a letter saying I owe them almost $200 and they are sending me to collections. I called and the service reps were rude and actually were arguing with me on the phone. Unbelievable!!! They need to take a lesson from Nordstrom. Don’t buy this product! Bad, terrible, awful customer service. Go to the BBB website... I am not alone in my complaint. Dermaset... make this right,
