I buy leggings (before they rebranded) and I have got loads of hoodies and joggers from there, the material is unbelievable and incredible as well it’s so soft I’d 100% recommend this brand to anyone

Placed an order for my disabled little un who has has wanted Des Vu for her birthday for a while. I promised I'd treat her for her birthday. 3 weeks after order placed, nothing, Customer Service just ignore you even though they have proof it was just left outside somewhere. Disgusting Company. Ruined a girls bday.

Made my first order for the new 422 asphalt hoodie and joggers. The quality is amazing! The fit of the joggers are perfect and the hoodie is the right amount oversized so happy will be buying more as such a good price : )

Bought some items for my daughter which are all great. I recently contacted customer service who were prompt and efficient in dealing with my query which was resolved very quickly. Excellent service. Recommended business.

I bought a waterbottle from des vu as they had an incentive, "free tote bag with any order", however mine arrived with no bag. After speaking to the team, it appeared my order fell just between the selling out of the black bags but before the selling out of any other bags - on their instagram they had stated that the black bags had sold out but the stone coloured and other tote bags would be added instead. The customer service weren't rude but just useless, they told me they can offer me a voucher but couldn't send me a bag, even when the bags went back in stock - I only placed the initial order for the incentive of the bag. I didnt want a voucher as it was only a £10/15 voucher and the bags worth more than that - Why would I spend my money again on this company after they lost my trust? Apparently there was absolutely nothing else they could do??
Never had I encountered such useless customer service from a pretty big company, you think theyd stick to what they advertised.

I ordered a ‘Drip heart knit jumper’ as a Christmas present and was told ‘due to an unexpected stock discrepancy in our warehouse, we’re unable to fulfill your order’. I am very disappointed with this because it has taken you 8 days to tell me this and by the time the refund process is completed I won’t have time to order another present before Christmas Day. I was also told that I could have a 15% discount on my next purchase , this means that I would have to order again to receive anything that would partly benefit me. 15% off is not a suitable proposition and why would I want to order again after this terrible experience?

Genuinely the nicest quality hoodie I’ve ever purchased, I’ve washed it arround 4 times and it still looks brand new. I also got some oil on it and it came out and left no stains!!! 100% recommend 🤍

customer service is none existent - emailed over a week ago no response! washed once and they shrunk!! i washed it the same way i wash all of my clothes. DISSAPOINTED

I made an order of £250 worth of clothes. I loved every single item. Quality was even better than expected. All arrived Promptly with generous sizing. Can’t fault anything super impressed.

I’ve bought 3 times from Des Vu now and it’s just perfect every single time. Great quality, quick shipping and pretty designs. I always love pairing the tees with jeans or leggings! My favourite brand, I love des vu!!! Wish there was more discount codes, only so I could order loads more! 🙂🙂

Des vu is an amazing brand, the clothes fit, there comfy, looks good with anything. I really recommend buying from them. And follow TikTok and insta for updates on new drops and codes! They are the best clothing brand by far.

i ordered the knitted zip up hoodie and wow, it’s such good quality and when i ordered it said it would take 5-7 days to come which is still fine and it came in 3 days, so i am so happy with my purchase from them!✨

Ordered the new DÈS VU Bag on Thursday and received it today. The bag is very spacious and big, this is my first time ordering from DÈS VU, and the delivery service was fast. I just want to add Joel and Sarah Conder along with their team of staff are doing an amazing job. I know I will order again.

After having a few issues with my order, I was emailing the customer service team back and forth to get it sorted. The team were super helpful and quick at replying! Although it took a little longer than expected for all items to be delivered, the quality of the clothes are amazing and I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future :) thanks again to the team for getting it sorted for me!

can’t fault this brand at all! i’ve followed them for awhile and i’ve got quite a few different things and i absolutely love them all the quality is insane even after washing! everything is so comfy and looks so good too🤍

We have been trying to contact this company for over 3 days now. My teenage daughter made an accidental purchase on boxing day for a sweatshirt £52. She was caught up in the boxing day madness of discount codes and is utterly devastated to have lost her savings to an item she does not want. We immediately tried to cancel the order, sent numerous emails with no response. We now have a sweatshirt that she does not want. There has been NO customer service, nor exchange or refund sheet in the package. Very disappointed with this company and their communication.

Terrible service. Pre ordered a hoodie in October! Had no estimated date for delivery, no communication and when I contacted them, I am informed it will be mid January before delivered! Unacceptable service. If your pre orders are this long you should be warning customers and offering them a full refund.

Ps. In response to your below reply. I WAS NOT clear that it would be January. I think it is a good idea to make this much clearer. When ordered 4 months ago!
