One star is too much.
Order being in Dubai for 3 weeks now.
Customer care and response to enquiries do not exist.

If I could award zero stars, I would. Desertcart under declared the value of the goods, which led to my goods being seized by Customs. I am informed that it occurs regularly with this company and has led to issues for many customers of theirs in my country. What should have taken two days has ended up in a to and fro for nearly ten days. I have spent hours on the phone everyday with the local and international courier trying to resolve the problem. I still have no clear answers. The Desertcart agent (on chat) has not assisted me at all. All he keeps saying is, “I don’t know what you’re saying or asking of me, but thank you for your business, is there anything else I can assist you with.” I would have thought asking for assistance in reaching out to Customs, and resolving the issue so that my parcel can be released and delivered is a crystal clear question. Apparently not. I really wish that I had bought from a different seller. The complete lack of care and interest in my problem is really frustrating and upsetting. Save yourself the grey hair, and rather do business with a company that values honesty; integrity and customer service.

I initially wrote a review to say that they were a skam. But I was wrong. I must be tainted. To my surprise, my order arrived by courier 3 days before the projected delivery date. Everything in order. Didn't have to deal with customs. Well done. Good job, for once, something online isn't a scam. I will be doing repeat orders here.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I manufacture my own jewellery and constantly see that desertcart (all sites all over the world) have harvested my listings - including desertcart.co.za. They are breaching my Trademark, my copyright and my design rights. I don't even sell abroad, so any customers ordering via their website, wouldn't EVER get the products as I would never deliver it! They are therefore reported by me, every time I see one of my products on their site to Google - who take down the ability for the search engine to view the page from the search engine. Unfortunately, this doesn't stop unsuspecting customers who may see it on desertcart paying money to desertcart for any of my products - these people will never get the product.
I have complained about their breach of copyright and trademark laws direct to desertcart often- who don't reply.

I'm very satisfied with my first purchase.
I ordered a FPV Rx which wasn't available locally.
The selection of available goods was very extensive and they had exactly what I was looking for. But they were unknown to me so at first I was a little apprehensive.
After placing my order I received order confirmation within 24 hours.
After the order acknowledgment I later received estimated delivery dates. Progress of the order was available online and I could follow the progress after I received a shipping notification.
The goods arrived before the estimated maximum expected date.
The item arrived well packaged and it was exactly as I had ordered.
I will definitely be placing orders with them in future.
