Finding a diamond ring can be very stressful, however Daksha and the team were first class in sourcing a diamond engagement ring for me. They went above and beyond in finding the perfect ring in such a short amount of time. The service, prices and jewellery are first class! Would definitely recommend.

Well what can I say, went to the jewellery Quarter and looked in about 6 shops before I went in to the above store, The service was excellent and they helped me find the perfect ring for my wife at a great price... then the next day because of the amazing staff and service I went back and bought my daughter some earrings... particular mention to Tina and Dave. Thanks guys amazing

Visited this establishment to replace a lost wedding ring & was looked after very well by Tina who was professional & attentive.

Today I was served by Tina who took great care in helping me choose a gift for myself using a retirement allowance given to me from my employer. Tina selected several necklaces as I pointed them out and helped me try and decide. Dave assisted by giving the closest price possible to the budget. Definitely worth having a look in their store because you won't get better service anywhere else. Also the packaging was lovely.

My father and I were treated exceptionally well by Ella when we went to purchase a gift for a diamond wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for and at the right price. Excellent Customer Service.Will definitely recommend.

Friendly and very helpful. Tina took the time to find the perfect ring for us and made sure the fit was just right.

We went wedding ring shopping today and design centre was the first shop we went in. Ella the lovely lady who works there was so lovely, kind and helpful. We felt no pressure whatsoever. I was able to try on lots of rings, and Ella helped me find the style I didnt know I was looking for! We tried another shop but had to go back as the service was second to none. With Ellas help I found my dream wedding ring, its just perfect. I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much.

Went there Saturday 12 feb what lovely staff no pressure so helpful ella was amazing lady got so much time for you showing us different bracelets and chains to make sure i got the one i really wanted then i also looked at watches tryed different ones brought one of those to dave was lovely to he took links out made sure all fitted well will definitely be back there for more what a lovely shop

Went to the Jewelllery Quarter in Birmingham yesterday to buy a special gift for my wife's special birthday. Traipsed around a lot of the Jewellery stores & was about to give up when we found Design Centre, what a truly lovely bunch of people, extremely helpful, not pushy at all & a very reasonable price of jewellery. Thanks to Tina for making spending a chunk of money a pleasurable experience.

Great customer service. Tina was friendly and knowledgeable whilst we looked for our wedding rings. There was a great variety of products with no pressure or hard sell to buy. Very reasonably priced. Will be visiting again for sure.

Friendly, knowledgeable, excellent service from Tina and Dave when we visited today. My husband bought a lovely watch at a good price and Dave altered the strap while we waited. Would highly recommend this jewellery shop.

We went in one Saturday afternoon in January looking for our wedding rings. When we went in we were the only people in the shop. We had an idea of what rings we wanted, but Tina still took the time the go through the options, ring sizes. My partner wasn't sure on his ring size so she even called a gentleman over for a second option. The room was getting very busy around us but she still didn't rush us and continued to take as much time to talk through our options as we needed. We picked out the rings we wanted and then they did a very good deal on them for us. 5 star service.
