Also, their communication is excellent. I can communicate with them in real time through Slack and get a response almost immediately, even if it is late in the day. I can also access our sprints and backlog via JIRA, which they maintain daily. I can see what is in the pipeline, what is being worked on now, and what has been completed or flagged for review. The whole project management process has been stellar.

They have a wide range of skills in project management, email marketing execution, and deep strategic thinking. Love to have them as our social media and technology partner.
