Have nothing but praise for Design Stoneworks. From the moment we walked into the showroom greeted by Sami, who patiently shared her knowledge, giving us good advice; to the skills and expertise of Stuart, the templater and Dean, the fitter in our home, through to the finished products the service was excellent. Have to be frank, there was one hiccup, however, Design Stoneworks acknowledged, owned and rectified the situation satisfactorily, which to us is the real measure of a good company, a firm one can rely on. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm and have done so. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Many thanks again.

Damon and Sammi in the show room were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful . Scott came to the house and templated. He was extremely informative and generous with his knowledge . In no time at all the pleasant, efficient two fitters installed my lovely quartz Carrara shimmer . I am absolutely delighted and very grateful to everyone involved.

From start to Finish the Team at Design Stone have been Outstanding. Communication before during and after is Great and were very accommodating with any changes. Site Team were polite and efficient and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish with a quick turnaround. Very professional. From template with a laser machine to make sure it’s all spot on to the day of fitting. Guys done an amazing job fitting and attention to detail was second to none, making sure all the vains ran through the worktop and up the upstands seamlessly. Very happy with how it’s turned out, would highly recommend. Thank you!

We ordered a unique marble / Onyx top for our sideboard. The team were very helpful at finding the right material at the right price. There was an initial issue with the sizing, but the team quickly resolved the problem and the result was fantastic. Would highly recommend

I have used design stonework in the past and used them again to replace my worktop with quartz. Customer service was very good always happy to help and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. I would recommend a reliable service. I am very happy with the result of the quartz.

I decided to go to DSW as they have such great range of worktops rather than use the limited range from the kitchen company. Very helpful and delivered on time.

I recently had quartz kitchen surfaces installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The sleek, clean lines of the quartz have transformed my kitchen and really brought the space to life.
Not only do they look amazing, but the durability has exceeded my expectations. I feel confident that these surfaces will stand the test of time, withstanding daily use without any issues.
The service from start to finish was impeccable. Ordering was quick and easy, and the installation team was fantastic. The installers were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. They did an amazing job, paying attention and ensuring the fit was perfect.

I have waited just over 6 months to write this review, becuase i wished to describe how good are the product and the user recommendations left by the Design stonework people.
Our kitchen is over 15 years old. We had to replace the old worktop (laminate) due to water ingress. We were not keen to replace the whole kitchen (even though we had to replace two floor cabinets), because of the cost and the fact that we do not like the look of modern kitchens. We decided to upgrade to a stone worktop to avoid any future issues, in case we may experience such problem (hopefully not!).
We approached Design Stonework following a neighbour recommendation. I was impressed by the friendly adn helpful attitude that I encounter from day 1, when i first visited the shop: i had many questions regarding the material (we were not sure whether to chose granite or quartz) and the staff were not phased by this. It was immediately clear that this is an artisan company and that they are passionate about their stonemasonry craft. Just replacing the worktop was possible and we were not pushed at all to have the whole kitchen replaced. I was lent a couple of stone samples to take home and match these to our kitchen. Making the order was smooth, every step of the process was explained to us, including measurements and pricing, and again any new questions were answered without issues. The fitting was quick and I was left with excellent instructions for the granite worktop aftercare, which i have followed to the letter 6 months on. Everyone from this company have been brilliant, professional, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I wish we had chosen a granite worktop when we first installed the kitchen! We are keen cooks and the surface still looks as new and performs better than expected. the new granite worktop rejuvinated our kitchen, which looks new. I expect the granite worktop will outlast our house. The only suggestion i would like to forward to Design stonework is if they could stock aftercare products, as it was not that straighforward to source these (Lithofin stain stop and Gleam vax for kitchen worktops).

Our new quartz worktop is gorgeous and it is all thanks to the friendly, knowledgeable team for making it happen. We have been so impressed by the attention and care given to our order; we received great advice in the lovely showroom and any communication we had was answered quickly and effectively by the team. The people who installed the worktop were so efficient and skilful, thus, the fitting and finish is outstanding.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.

The showroom is definitely worth a visit with loads of samples on display and really helpful staff, easy to find and with plenty of parking.

We were given really clear timescales and the communication to confirm the appointments etc was great.

Templating appointment was straightforward and nothing was too much trouble and everying was explained as he went along.

The fitter’s were best part for me. Really friendly, helpful and went above and beyond on the day of fitting. Very professional, neat and tidy.

It’s not often I feel compelled to leave a review, but on this occasion I really felt I needed to!

A complete contrast to the first company we approached! Very impressed by how Rylie managed our expectations right from the start on our visit to the well laid out showroom. Within 24 hours we had our quote and had chosen our preferred option. The worktops give our new kitchen a truly luxurious touch - feels like we are in a show home! All staff knew what they were doing and responded promptly. Brilliant experience - would highly recommend Design Stoneworks.
