I have been through 3 previous web design developers who either were un-able or un-willing to translate my vision into my web design. Jason of Design Verse Studios has gone above and beyond to try to listen to my non-typical expressions of creating understanding and empathy for my constituents and has made special efforts to translate them into the techno language of development. What he doesn't know, he researches and finds a way to implement.

Before hiring Design Verse Studios I researched the Internet plus local web design companies. This processed seemed over bearing. I am not an IT tech guy which made this process more difficult. Some firms were AI run while others had nice people but these people didn't seem like a nice fit. Design Verse Studios were easy to work with, they knew I was a Rookie but they did not treat as a Rookie. Jason worked with me to answer my questions. I could tell Jason real cared about me and my new website and the new business I was starting. The entire process went smooth and fast. Jason kept his word and his promises. He is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Design Verse Studios for your next website.

Jason Parker is the man who has been with me from the beginning of my e-commerce adventure! What a great ride. Jason has had to work with me(someone who doesn't understand all things computers) he was patient and has directed me to where the company is now, 2 months+ info our launch! Working with Design Verse Studios, was a very good experience. The service and customer care was and is amazing. Their response time to any questions I had was very quick and informative. The quality of my logo, business cards and website are outstanding.. I have referred them to people I work with and other business owners.

I had a very rocky start with this company because they developed the website on a hosting service I had previously hired. The site developed was not suitable for my hosting service's limitations, so I was unable to add or modify pages. This should have been (at least I would believe) something they should have considered before building the page. At that point, I was left with a service that did not work. The proposed solution was to acquire their service to host the developed page. So, another cost I hadn't contemplated. Sam, the person I have been working with, was very flexible and offered me the same hosting solution for three and a half years at half price. Also, Sam has been very kind in providing me instructional videos so I could make the modifications myself, and even though the price also "included" all page modifications/additions, in the interest of time, I would rather do that myself. I want to add something that made me uncomfortable: the fact that they insisted that I complete this survey.

They built 2 websites for me and did a great job on both. Sam Miller is always responsive when I have questions. Highly recommend.

Now I’m being harassed by Desigh Verse Studios . They are not fixing anything but ordering me to delete the previous comment. Be careful if anyone about to work with this company . BIG BIG SCAMMERS CHECK THIER ADDRESS AND CALIFORNIA WEBSITE AGANCY .

The work was done within 48 hours to my complete satisfaction for a reasonable cost. They even fixed an issue which needed doing but I hadn't asked for because I didn't think it was fixable.
