Total scam website.
Ordered 5 bags of Rajah Biryani Massala and paid over £13 pound including postage on 9th Nov 2025. Order says processing and no reply to emails.
This is a scam website. Avoid.
Dont waste your money buying from these crooks!! I placed an order in July still haven't received delivery over 3 months on. Repeatedly emailed them about this to the reply they will investigate but hear nothing further and now completely ignore me since asking for a refund.
Placed an order 11th August. DesiMart literature said standard delivery was 2-3 days. By 29th Aug I had received no product or communication so I sent an email to their advertised contact address. Still nothing. Another email on 5th Sept, but still nothing.
Don't waste your time they take your money don't send your order. No replys to emails and their number does not work. Company need reporting to trading standards. Have now had to make a claim back through my bank. It's a shame as the prices are good and I was recommending them to catering teams I work with. Had to call everyone and tell them not to use the company.
I placed an order. It took nearly two weeks to arrive and it was incorrect when it arrived. The web site phone number doesn't connect and they do not reply to emails or messages placed on their web page.
Avoid for these reasons!

Order not received, emailed 9th July to inform not arrived. No response
*UPDATE-order has arrived and emailed responded to- 17th July.
Great price, with great service. I wish they do have some offers that we can get free shipping. But the service was good 👍

Please do not spam us with fake reviews. We do not even use Paypal. We actively reply on all platforms. We do not even have any customer named Steve J.
Avoid at all costs. Placed order and nothing arrived. Chased and was given a fictitious tracking reference that didn't correspond to my address. Then after several more attempts to contact have heard nothing. Have reported to their local trading standards
very bad. product did not deliver and no repose from company via e-mail or telephone. payment not refunded yet after 2 months
Order did not arrive, communication from the company is pitiful. Requested a refund after 30 days, and ended up requesting a chargeback through my bank when my refund request was still unprocessed after 14 days.
