NOT IN STOCK AND NO REFUND

I ordered some expensive stirrup leathers at the end of January. 2 weeks later I was informed they weren't actually in stock even though their website said they were. I have chased and chased for a refund but I just get ignored or excuses. It's just not on to sell something you don't have and then to keep the money!!

Rob from Desirable Equine was nothing short of amazing, he was extremely prompt and helpful, responding to my emails within a few hours at the most.
He promptly replied to my concern about a product that I had purchased through Desirable Equine and forwarded my concerns on to the company in question explaining the situation in detail.
The whole process took less than a week.
The result was that I was offered a replacement and although they didn’t have the exact make and style I had bought, the replacement was a brand new style of greater value.
I would 100% recommend Desirable Equine and will be a loyal customer.

AVOID!!!! I stupidly didn’t look on trust pilot as if I had I wouldn’t have purchased a pair of breeches I was never going to receive! I’ve now contacted my bank to get them to dispute it. She ignores your messages no proof of postage & doesn’t refund. I’ve looked on fb as was going to report her but can’t seem to find her profile now funny that!

Would give 0 stars but unable to, I ordered items in January one of them was a preorder expected in February, Feb came and nothing, March came and nothing, April nothing, I had to chase this time and time again he says sorry I will send you 2 of the item to make up for it so I thought oh that’s nice well that was also a lie! I have tried contacting them time and time again and nothing! Please avoid this company they are awful

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for an item waited 3 days asked for update on postage, told would be posted tomorrow no tracking info arrived. Tried to contact via email phone and fb no response, asked for a refund no response. Put a dispute in with my bank suddenly I have contact. Claims it has been posted however never been able to provide tracking even though i asked for it numerous times. Wanted me to remove dispute for a refund I didn't believe that would happen. Goods never arrived I put money on they were never posted as she couldn't provide proof. Absolute scam AVOID!! Reported to Trading Standards.

Never received my order and asked for a refund and was ignored. Would advise to not use. I called and emailed and still nothing was done.

Nothing arrived. Paid for goods. No contact with tracking. Doesn’t answer phone. Scam

Terrible company
Items ordered and tracking details requested. Excuses on why items not posted, then offered an email to be sent with tracking details which never arrived. Kept asking and nothing. Refund offered and days with nothing. This company is known to have issues, Don't use!

This is a scam company they don't send you what you have ordered say they will return money never do.
