This company is a total rip off. Never received my order and when I asked for proof of delivery they gave me a tracking number that was for a package delivered to me a full 2 months before this order was even placed. Repeated emails get the same repeated responses with no help. Worst customer service I have ever encountered .
DONT BUY FROM THEM.
They switched out my tracking number for a different order and kept telling me my orders had been delivered when it hasn't. They keep sending me the same copy and paste an email telling me to contact my post office with the fake tracking number. And now they're saying they're on vacation and won't respond for seven days. Complete scam do not order from these guys.
Received this faux fern after two weeks. Price seemed reasonable for what was offered. Packaging was secure, ensuring no damage in transit. The design is aesthetically pleasing, truly lifelike, with the added charm of the cracked hockey puck light, making it a delightful garden addition.

I ordered a substantial amount of flowers £70 worth and received 4 bunches of flowers and told that was my complete order. The flowers received were not like advertised either. Now being ignored by customer service so no refund and no flowers
