I ordered a hoodie from Deuscustoms.co.uk and the item arrived the very next day. Excellent quality hoodie and very well packaged. Tracking information was provided via email which was very much appreciated.

I ordered a top a Christmas for my partner, I sent it back straight away, via Royal Mail tracked48, it was received by Deus on the 5.1.26 signed for with a picture of said parcel, it’s now the 16th of February and I still have not received a refund, I can’t get anyone to contact me or give me a reason why. I paid for the top via Klarna and even they can’t get Deus to respond to them. Lovely clothes but terrible when needing a refund! Avoid

I'm glad I trusted my instincts and placed an order, rather than getting put off by the bad reviews on here. I bought a Deus t-shirt a few months ago from a local store and it's the nicest, softest, best-fitting t-shirt I ever had. This time I wanted a hoodie, could only find the one I wanted direct on the Deus website, and took a punt. Arrived within 2 days, and the hoodie is perfect.

I understand shipping cost to receiving it
But to return product which doesn’t fit me and pay from my pocket I don’t

The first response to my customer service email took about 8 days which is very slow. But their site does say something like 48 business hours (which is a strange metric to use). But once they got in touch they fixed the problem quickly.

Poor customer experience, waited 3 weeks order still not arrived, contacted support who advised parcel lost & what I ordered was no longer available, few days for a refund which is fine but support couldn’t care less no, won’t be shopping with them again.

Absolutely terrible.
Paid 12€ for shipping. Need to return the t shirt as it was too small ... but I have to pay for the shipment of the return. When paying for 12€ for shipment originally you'd assume returns would be taken care of. The customer service email address provided does not exist. Really poor customer experience

Appaling. Utterly useless. I paid a substantial sum of money and after two weeks of absolutely no communication and only after I threatened to contact my card provider and report a fraudulent transaction, was I then informed that they had no stock of the item I had ordered. I strongly suspect that this happens an awful lot and in reality, someone should investigate this. If you’re going to buy Deus products, I would only purchase from a reputable retailer and steer well clear of their direct website and frankly borderline illegal sales practices.

Very slow delivery. Email enquiries ignored. Customer service phone number doesn't work. Shoddy.

The order was blocked half way throught my address due to limitations of their contract with DHL (altought they have charged me 10 euro for shipment costs). ask for a refund/re-shipment, but after 10 emails NO RESPONSE...

Null Sterne wären angebracht. Ware bestellt, nach 5 Tagen keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Info. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde festgestellt, dass der Artikeln doch nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Rückzahlung wurde angeboten & von mir bestätigt. Dazu kam es allerdings nie. Seitdem keinerlei Rückmeldung auf Mails. Warte nun nach wie vor auf mein Geld. Fall bei Paypal ist eröffnet und Deus hat einen treuen Kunden verloren. Traurig dass man so einfache Prozesse heutzutage nicht gebacken bekommt

I reported my return two weeks ago. I still haven't received a return label, so I can't return my items. They do have a return policy that states that you have 30 days to return. I will never get this within that time, as I have not received a return label. I think this is really bad. In the meantime, I have already emailed twice and have not received a response yet.

Terrible customer service. I had to chase them constantly about a return address because their return request system doesn't work. I then sent back the items for a refund which were received over a month ago. I cannot get any reply from their customer service apart from a robotic reply saying there are wait times because of the holiday period- what holiday period? Will never purchase with them again.

Worst customer service ever, I have returned a jacket that was too small, they have received it and a month later im still waiting for my refund to be processed. They only say that they have too many returns to process and dont give me any solution or estimated time for my refund to happen. If you want to buy deus clothes, do it on a local retailer never use their website.

Vorsicht, der Händler behält bei vollständiger Retoure der Lieferung innerhalb der Frist (14 Tage) die ursprünglichen Standardversandkosten (12€) ein und weigert sich diese zurückzuzahlen.

Natürlich gibt es obendrein auch keine Möglichkeit des kostenlosen Rückversand. Darauf wird nicht bei Kauf hingewiesen. Händler bietet die Option auf ein Retourenlabel für über 31€ Gebühr, daraufhin wären die Versandkosten in Summe hin und rück für den Käufer über 42 €. Aus meiner Sicht einfach Betrug.

Purchased a hoody on Nov 26th for a Christmas gift. The item was too big, so hoped to exchange for a smaller size. However their company policy is to return within 30 days, and zero exception or extension over Christmas. This meant that once the gift was received, it was already too late to return or exchange. They have been extremely unwilling to engage or respond . I will not be making ANY further purchases from Deus.uk or Deus.eu . Woeful company policy.

Ordered a jacket online, which unfortunatelly didn’t suit me. So I entered the return process and since then there’s absolute silence. According to the tracking info, the order returned to them on september 29th. A follow up email hasn’t been answered.

Luckily for me I haven’t payed yet and obviously I won’t. It’s too bad cause I like the brand but this experience keeps me from buying anything again here.

Terrible customer experience. First I had to reminder them of the order. Not a terrible thing, but when the shipment arrived after 3(!) weeks the company added a XL sweater instead of the ordered L sweater. I asked them nicely how to recover this failure but it has been silent ever since. I have made several attempts with different email addresses to make contact.... Don't order

- Les articles reçus sont de très mauvaise qualité alors qu'ils restent très chers
- J'ai renvoyé la totalité de ma commande et ait dû payer les frais de retour de ma poche (20€ de frais de retour)
- Je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée et le service client est injoignable, j'ai donc ouvert un dossier de litige, cela fait 3 mois que je n'ai pas de nouvelles.

Sadly got stung by this as well. Scam website advertising on Facebook. Looks very legit but website has now been removed - sadly won't be seeing my $100 again, just glad I didn't spend more
