I had ordered E-Ink Smart Notebook – but received 200rs wireless headphones. The order came after 1 month that too a wrong product came. It was a very pathetic experience. Email on return policy powerpixelstor @ gmail.com is not working. I emailed them on support @ powerpixel.com & docksdevicedocks @ gmail.com but no response. Number mentioned on facebook profile 9911287881 also not working. Everyone should lodge complaint against them on https :// consumerhelpline. gov. in/user/index.php

Fraud company i need my money as soon as possible, refund me the money. I placed a order on 29 April 2026, which suppose to come on 4 may 2026. I have received it yet you guys just take money and never response to our mails.

This is all because of the Instagram guy Tejas’s Patil the big fraudster who is circulating the reel first ban the idiot. I have placed an order for eink digital writing pad notebook on May 7 2006. Till now I don’t have any update on it. No customer care number. Email is useless

The customer service of this company is very pathetic I mistakenly ordered there e ink smart notebook and there is no option for cancelling the order I send them 2 mails before the order confirmation on the same day regarding this but they didn't respond on that then I get a call yesterday from them regarding this issue and the person is talking so rudely. That's how these people help there customers regarding any issue
My only advice is don't order from them they because if you get any problem from there side they will not help you, they don't know how to talk there customers

Fraude Company I have ordered the e link smart pad instead of that they gave the headphone my all money lost and I trapped in scam what a fraudulent company please never ever buy this product totally fraud

I have placed request for two items and made the payment of Rs.2718 on 24th April 2026 and got the confirmation that the payment was successful and they will be shipping the item in 7 to 10 days.. It's been more than 3 weeks and no response from them. Tried to send multiple emails but no response. There is no direct contact, address for this company. It is more a fraud company. I should have been more vigilant before making the payment.

Today I got a call asking to make another payment as the previous payment was misplaced by Device Docks. I asked them to refund the amount if there are any issues not to provide the product. They flatly refused to refund and instead on the second payment.
Now my account does not show the Order ID

It's a scam, doubt if the company even exists. Product not delivered even after prepaid payment. Not responding to mails.
