Having called Slav, he advised and attempted to sort the problem but unfortunately, through no fault of his own, was unable to help us. Absolutely amazing service, Sent an enquiry over regarding a screen replacement within a hour had a response to tell me to bring it over and replaced same night bare in mind this was a Sunday! Can’t even tell it’s been repaired top job.

So i was using DriverEasy because i didnt knew other programs better than it and DriverEasy told me i got 4 drivers to update. And i needed drivers to install (NOT UPDATE!!!) for my webcam. DriverEasy was not showing any of that. I downloaded Device Doctor and it told me i got 24 drivers to update + it found my drivers for my webcam, which needed install, not update. THANK YOU DEVICE DOCTOR !!!

iPad Air with cracked screen and broken home button after somebody dropped it. Dropped it off early afternoon, returned to collect early evening. Touchless exchange and price cheaper than high street. Probably about the 6th time we’ve used Slav - he’s aces
