Our negative reviews were never posted. There are no negative reviews on their website and there would be if they allowed them to be published. When reheated either in the oven or microwave the meals were dried up and tasteless. Ceramic plates a gimmick and cumbersome.

Apparently this is the same company as Devon farm foods.
I can't believe they're still sending me promotional emails ( automated, I know, but even so...) they know I am not happy with them so it is just ludicrous.
They should not promise refunds if they have no intention of refunding then make lots of excuses over three weeks why it hasn't been done. I refused to speak to them in the end because every time I did, they just gave me another nonsensical gobbledygook answer as to why they've still can't find out why the refund hasn't gone through.
Was just wasting my time.
First order was great, I was very impressed and the meals are good.
But they are extremely badly organised and their calls handler's aren't trained and don't hide the fact that they're disinterested and can't be bothered.
And their communication skills are also EXTREMELY poor.
So it's a lot of stress trying to place an order and get it delivered, then when something goes wrong, there is a big ' to do' to put it right, which never happens.
They could have still chosen to issue the refund as they promised, but haven't as they never actually do what they say.
Extremely poor.

Always a delicious range of meals delivered each week by the most wonderful drivers. I've been having these meals for quite some time now. Always excellent. Tonight I had the beef stroganoff and rice, always a great choice, the sauce tonight is awesome, so much thicker and more pepper, even tastier!! Hope it stays thicker like it was tonight! The meals are easy to order online or over the phone and I love the fact that they all come in bowls or on plates and in an individual box that goes in the microwave or in the oven. Proper china bowls and plates. Incredible company as always. Chefs are awesome with their wholesome cooking!

Just switched to this company. The meals are great in quality and quantity. As tasty as home-made. Delivered on real plates. No plastic involved. Delivery service is excellent and with a smile.
They work for a well known charity in our area. Would leave a review on their website but they do not have the facilties for this.
Definitly recommend them.
