It is with much regret that we are announcing the closure of Devon Valley Holiday Park on December 1, 2022. Following our eight months of ownership, we have concluded that the park, after 20 years of a visible lack of investment, is neither profitable nor reflective of the standards we want to offer guests. The park will not open for the 2023 season, and all bookings will be refunded. In these uncertain and difficult times, with a looming recession and the business facing a 300% increase in electricity costs, along with increasing staff costs, it has been regrettably concluded that to continue running this park in its current format is no longer viable. Devon Valley occupies a unique waterfront location in prime South Devon. It therefore has much potential moving forward. However, its current condition has resulted in high levels of customer complaints, and it fails to provide a holiday experience befitting of its beautiful location. We know that for many of you, this will be a shock, and we appreciate the importance Devon Valley has played in your family holidays over the years. We sincerely thank you for your business and support. If you have a booking for 2023, please get in touch with us at 0344 557 5100. I chose to book over the telephone. Helen was very helpful and efficient. She was able to answer any questions I put to her.

Outstanding friendly customer service
Very easy to book online. Plus the customer service is outstanding. Phone helpines are staffed all year round and staff go out of their way to help. It's the same when we're on holiday too. All staff were really approachable. This the reason we have stayed there 6 times and why during our recent holiday we booked for next year!!! Gorgeous location. Stunning surroundings. Lovely chalets caravans and cabins. All 3 generations of our family adore our holidays at Devon Valley. Quiet, friendly spacious venue with great food and amenities, including its own swimming pool. We absolutely love it. Well done Devon Valley 👏 👏👏

Excellent service
Excellent service , the lady was dealing with incoming guests whilst making my booking . She could have easily asked to make a call back or ask me to call back but she dealt with my booking in a very friendly professional way . Look forward to my visit 😊

Lovely small park with beautiful views
We love Devon Valley and have been back loads of times. The park grounds are very well maintained and the park is in a lovely position with beautiful views. There are also loads of attractions in the area to visit. The park itself is not too big so nice and quiet, the pool is very well maintained. I would definitely recommend Devon Valley and we have already booked to come back next year.
