I have been dealing with this company for the past 6 years and the customer service is nonexistence. If you attempt to call the customer service support number no one answers and you are prompted to leave a message. If you email them, they do not respond but say they will within two days. If you are late on your payment they will respond, and only at that time.
Total scam, the documents I signed did not state the fees. They charge a 20 percent fee which is above the FL State rules of 10 percent. I have my attorneys looking into what we can do bc places like this are a scam.
Our lease experience was fast and smooth. Had an issue on taxes but Dext responded quickly and took care of it.
My software vendor used them to finance annual subscription fees. It took MONTHS of emailing and calling half a dozen persons at both Dext and my software vendor to try to get confirmation and electronic payments set up. I was literally scared to death of taking down my entire company due to unpaid ERP fees (having experienced Microsoft shutting down Office over a $2 typo once). The one person at Dext my account was assigned to came back from a multi week vacation and resolved things. It shouldn't have had to be that stressful or hinge on a single person.
Fast approval, documentation was simple and signed electronically. Representative helped to explain the financing terms and was helpful when my equipment was delayed by a couple of days.

Unprofessional, threatening and rude representatives. Would NEVER finance with this company again.

Took forever to get approved but yet I just got done buying 120acres of vacant land in upper michigan and was approved and loan work completed in 3 days. I was not too keen on how they couldnt tell me what the intrest rate is ..... just payment on how long. I would find alternative funding personally . oooo and I signed more papers for this then all 3 of the properties I have bought in the last 3 years .

I got scammed into purchasing a geneo machine with 0 follow through. When I reported this to dext they still make me make $1k monthly payments and did nothing.
