This is my first time booking with an agent - and what an experience this has been; Patient to hear all the requirements - i had to ask for atleast 5 different quotes based on my company leave approval(which i had not got when requesting quotes initially ) - Mukul was patient, did good followups, helped me with jargons that i was not aware of, suggested good travel insurance, and even helped me understand why my payment info was safe... Sure, Mukul did a fantastic work.. I am sure this company has got excellent agents in customer service...a reason why you see such wonderful agents like Mukul.. To my surprise, a lead of Mukul followed me up to help me know about a spefic clause which i was not aware of when booking.. I thought initially it was only Mukul - because of his customer service skills, but his lead too was excellent. I am a happy customer having seen two levels - agent and his lead - providing good service.. This company has something in it that is going to bring in more customers and make them happy.. They ensure you get what u need, not what they wanted to sell.
