Always been respectful and put me at ease and check my plan is affordable they have taken the worry off my shoulders one payment to them and it’s done each month

Some people have Empathy and compassion but some don’t,
If you you ever get Andy Rowlinson! You can rest assure you will be in safe hands.
I think he is the only person that has the most respect for you when talking to you and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable.

It's wow such amazing company dealing for us people whos struggling and etc. They always ready to help in any circumstances and etc. Start from Andy, Jamie and etc. All of them well done. You guys deserved gold medal honestly telling. Such a good service. They treat you as you part of the family. No worries if you're struggling even make montly payments. They will find solutions to make you on track. WELL DONE DFH team😉

Useful, simple advice

Completed a review today - was a pleasure to be honest - was speaking to Shan I think her name was - so so helpful and made the call and whole experience a pleasure for me - no stress and even had a laugh (although that will be the coffee addiction she has im sure 😂)

In all serious tho everything was explained so thoroughly and managed to get everything sorted and a perfect plan back in place - customer service is second to none and staff are extremely friendly and make you feel extremely comfortable and at ease throughout
