Very reliable. I have worked with them on my personal orders from TaoBao and they are very professional. They ensure they have received all items and checked with you the whole time. They gave me the tracking number and where to track it. The packages arrived at my doorstep all complete. Their delivery person in UAE is also very professional. Highly recommend them.

had a few problems with invoice and customs but other than that I would recommend.

I have been working with Lynn for over a year now. Not once has any of my shipments been “lost” or “stuck at customs” like some of the competitors. China does hold more holidays than the USA so just be aware comms can be slow then but Lynne has always clearly communicated that. My shipments have always arrived in perfect condition.

The DFH Logistics is so reliable and professional at what they do. When I came across them online and decided to use them to ship my goods from the China to the US, I saw some negative reviews after I had started with them, I became so skeptical but did not dwell on that but focused on the positive reviews, and went ahead to give the a trial.

From start to finish, there was no single regret, they kept all my items and kept track of them as they were being delivered to their warehouse, my good spent close to if not more than 4 months in their warehouse because I was buying more items to store due to having to relocate to a diff country.

These guys were so helpful. I would specially say a Huge thank you to John, he was so calm and professional. Both before, during and after service were all superb.
I will use them and recommend them again and again for shipping from China. They are the best shipping and logistics company so far that I know of.
