I’ve had multiple issues with DHaRCO products, especially their Gravity Pants. The seams in the inseam area keep coming apart — clearly a recurring manufacturing defect across different models.

On top of that, the print quality on their Tech Tees fades quickly after washing.

The biggest issue, however, is the customer service: my warranty claims are being ignored and support is completely unresponsive. This is unacceptable, especially for products in this price range.

I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.

Have only had good experiences with DHarco, i got a pair of pants, where it was a little broken, so i contacted them and i swiftly got a new pair.
I have bought from them multiple times and have only had good experiences.

Bought 2 sizes of shorts in sale not realising I could only exchange not get a refund. My mistake, so no issue. Was told to return item. Got acknowledgement of my returned item to them via email. Went on their Exchange Hub many times and no credit given. I have emailed many times, but they don't bother to respond. They still have my return item, no refund, no way to exchange. Money lost is bad enough, but ignoring me when I ask for explanation is beyond crap.

Last year I bought Pants and shirt from Dharco, I have been riding weekly in the set! And has been very satisfied.

Until recently when a seam goes up in the back pocket,I was sent a new pair of pants, the warranty had expired.

Huge thanks to Diego, Josh and Tom who helped me rectify a mistake I made with my order. They were slammed with an end of season sale, but still managed to resolve my mistake quickly. The gear arrived today and it's great quality, can't wait to get out and ride in it.

My worst Onlineshop experience ever, ordered a T-shirt on 14 June, now it's the 6 July, and nothing happend till now, no information, nothing. After two weeks I send a mail, answer, we ship this week, since then, again nothing happend. Can absolutely not recommend

My order arrived very quickly, I didn't expect it. but the biggest surprise was the quality of the products...I can't wait to buy more...lol
