Fast delivery. My order was placed on Friday, by Tuesday I already had the order. The packaging is also great. You get gift packaging plus ring package in case you want it in your pocket for a surprise to your lady. Wonderful service. Looking forward to see more qualify and affordable stuff.

Terrible quality, less than a week and two stones have fallen off, when the the ring arrived one stone was missing and they want me to pay to get it replaced.

I have been searching for a very special piece of jewellery for quite a long time now, and I finally found it at Dhia Jewellers. They set the bar very high on all levels – not only do they offer some of the most unusual, interesting and beautiful pieces of jewellery that I have ever seen, their prices are fair and reasonable (this is good quality jewellery after all and not junk), and their service is phenomenal. Prompt communication, generous thoughtfulness and personal attention to their clients. And the beautiful packaging - receiving a parcel from them is such a wonderful and exciting thing and I just loved opening it and finding the treasure inside the treasure. You can just see the attention to detail and care that has been given to everything. I also like (unlike most of the other online jewellery companies) that they actually carry stock of products and don’t say “in stock” on the website and then make you wait 8 months while they order from overseas. Delivery was within days and even quicker than I expected. All companies should be paying attention to how Sagren and Tracey run their business and how they treat their clients. It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with you and I thank you again for making this a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my ring and just can’t stop looking at it! The ring I wanted was out of stock, but after contacting them they organised to have more made as quickly as they could. The delivery time was great, as well as the packaging.

Company will harass you over WhatsApp if you give a bad review. There products are not of good quality and they spout defamation of character at you and tell you you are lying when in actual fact the original ring was defective but they sent it anyway. I did not mention the second ring and I applauded their refund although as per the CPA they are NOT supposed to charge you for collection when refunding. Quality is poor and I would question authenticity too. Customer service is nil, and harassment is their way of communicating. I have never in my life been treated like this before

Incredible fast service from Dhia Jewellery. The order was processed and sent to Stellenbosch within 3 days. The jewellery looks amazing and they add a personal message which was sweet!
