Bad service and very pushy. Also never fully explained the process. All around bad experience

Delivery guys damaged wall in stairwell while delivering. I called and spoke to owner/manager (George) he told that he was trying to find someone to come out and fix it. I was never contacted, no one ever came out to repair and I was renting so I had to pay for damages. Very disappointed, I would’ve thought they would care a little more about their customers’ satisfaction.

I have ordered furniture twice from DHI and both times was extremely satisfied with the quality of the furniture and the delivery was with care. The Customer Sevice was excellent!

The quality and pricing for most of the furniture is great.

I ended up paying over double for my furniture when I finananced. Had I had known that, I would've never bought from there. Definitely wasn't worth the money.

HORRIBLE! I bought a sectional and 5 barstools! The sectional came and didn’t attach in anyway so the pieces just shift all around. All 5 barstools after 3 months are completely wobbly, broken, unfixable $600 on barstools and I need new ones after 3 months. Worst purchases of my life! I still can’t believe they would sell a sectional that doesn’t attach. Unheard of!

Easy ordering, customer service, payment and delivery process. And a great piece of furniture and a very good price

I liked the store and the sales personnel. Though the selection and display is not very huge, we can find good products at affordable prices.

My wife and I purchased enough furniture from the owner over three years that redecorated over half our house. Once it is delivered, that is where the customer service stops. Out of the MANY pieces purchased, we had one piece that did not live ip to the quality for what was paid for. Two calls to the owner and one email - crickets.

Terrible experience with my order. Received chair with wrong fabric. Took a long thime to receive. Had to pay extra to exchange. Terrible customer service when contacted. This purchase was a couple of years ago. I already gave my review. Not sure why im getting this now. Chair doesn’t even work properly. I’m done with DHI furniture

Took them two months to deliver my couch. They told us 10 days.
