send 2 items from UK Stansted airport to Greece with this DHL number 5419764652
And by mistake they considered as 3 items and they want a receipt for a small bag that it was included in the purchase of the 2 item so I could not had a separate receipt for the 3 item (that it was small bag of the second item) ...They did not want to understand that and they kept my item for longer than a month now and without any information to me as the customer service was the rudest one I have encountered i all my life ! the items ware kept in the transit section of the airport cause I have lost them there so they can not consider as import ...still after 1 month they haven't answered me about what happened to my items !

My parents live in the suburbs of Ioannina, every single courier company we have tried calls and pretends they can’t find the street, the dhl driver was the first one who didn’t pretend they can’t find the address, called and asked for directions and if we were home and delivered the parcel on time. One thing I would change is asking for a signature during covid... other than that very happy with the service. 5 stars for the driver who delivered in Neohoropoulo on 18/8
