Darryl and his team did an excellent job regarding a fence which was not permitted to be on top of a wall. Darryl advised me of another solution and so with his expertise and knowledge he was able to obtain a Certificate of Lawfulness for the fence to be positioned behind the wall.

We were unprepared for the for the emotional stress and frustration that the LPA were about to inflict on us.

Darryl Howells is professional, personable and excellent at his work. He agreed to take on my application for change of use from a double garage into a Physiotherapy clinic, after a LDC was refused due to increased traffic.
As I was in the final weeks of my pregnancy it was a relief to be able to fully trust the application was taken care of thoroughly and once submitted he was able to chase the application to prevent it from being left at the bottom of a large pile!

We instructed Darryl to help us with some planning issues that we had with our neighbours following our recent extension. Darryl came out to visit the site the next day and gave us his honest professional opinion as well as solutions to help us navigate through the issues.
