Do not shop here! I got an emerald ring recently and have worn it MAYBE five times, and two stones have already fallen out. I emailed them and they said I’d have to pay for the stones and repairs. With this being a brand new ring, I think that’s ridiculous. I got this as a wedding gift from my mom Labor Day weekend so stones should not be falling out in less than 6 months. I’d shop elsewhere! Bad quality jewelry and bad customer service!

It's GORGEOUS and exactly what I ordered. I really CAN'T say enough about this beautiful necklace and even MORE so about this amazing seller. The USPS on the other hand....LOST the item for like a good week...we sent messages back and forth for days to track it down and she even offered if it was NOT found to make a whole new one to ship overnight...THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. Luckily, it DID arrive on the day it was finally tracked down and I am so excited and would SO recommend the shop.

I bought a lab diamond necklace from Diagaa and the whole process was super smooth from start to finish. The diamond came with all the proper certifications, including IGI, which gave me extra peace of mind. It looks absolutely stunning in person, and overall I’m really happy with the purchase. I ordered a custom ring from Riya in early January. Riya was very responsive and easy to work with. The final product was beautiful and exactly like I imagined. The ring was shipped about two weeks after I placed the order. However, the first package was misplaced by USPS. When I reached out to Riya about the status of the order since I had not received my package in the mail, she worked with USPS and provided me with frequent updates on my order. She offered to remake the product and provide expedited shipment for the package if they could not locate the first order. Riya provides excellent service and offers reasonable prices for beautiful products - I would certainly reorder from Diagaa Jewlery!

Beautiful workmanship in the 14k rose gold setting around the lab-created diamond. The color of the diamond is brilliant and can be worn in the top part of the ear or lobe. I loved this shop’s work so much, I ordered a second stud.
