Placed an order buy 2 get a 3rd free. Numerous emails sent as only received the 2 I paid for. Eventually offered me the sum of £3 to compensate. What kind of offer is that. Just send me the items ordered.
Will not buy from them again

Poor quality

Poor quality, not uk based, 3 canvases 2 of which are squashed into 1 box. 1 incomplete set of tools and no wax to do said project, misled on google search as diamond art club stockists. A lot of money for the same things I could have got from SHEIN or Temu

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! I bought from this company as it was shows as Uk with an address in Derby, this is not in the UK it is in china, the item I received I could have got the same quality from Temu at a fraction of the cost. I paid extra for frames, what I got was pieces of wood. The canvases are cheap and nasty, the tools supplied are pointless, they arrived all stuffed into one very bashed up box, no good for a present, absolute rubbish. Have asked for a refund numerous times and been told they’ll refund me £3 for the inconvenience, now raised a dispute with PayPal, I’m so disappointed, I’d really hoped that after being misled and waiting so long, that once they arrived they’d be beautiful and that wouldn’t matter, so shocked to receive such a bad product.

I absolutely loved my diamond painting

I absolutely loved my diamond painting, I was able to take my time doing it, so it lasted a few weeks to complete it. It’s such a therapeutic hobby and I will absolutely be ordering some more.

Fantastic Quality and a Good Price

This was my first time buying from Diamond Art UK and it was as a fantastic experience.

It arrived in the time listed, and the picture itself is high quality and looks great when completed. The materials were provided were also excellent, with a heart-shaped wax provided in a little airtight container to prevent it from drying out, and a drill pen with a multitool attached.

I’ll definitely buy from here again!

My first choice for diamond art!

They have such a wide range of products, and they're all really high quality. Plus, they've signed a pledge that they won't use any AI generated work, which means you're supporting actual artists! They also send their gems in zip lock bags, which means its really easy to find the gems you need.

I wish I had read the negative reviews…

I wish I had read the negative reviews before placing an order. It has been 8 days and the order status just says "unfulfilled", have tried emailing directly and also using the contact form on the website and not had a reply. Would be nice to know what is happening with my order. Will give them 14 days as per their own shipping timescales and will then be requesting a chargeback through my bank as I just don't feel this is genuine. If you are intending to reply to this comment as you have with others with "please send me a direct email to "support @ diamondart.uk" I have done. Several times. Please respond.

You placed it on 5th February, and I can see that it’s now been 20 days—well beyond our usual 7–14 day delivery window. You’re right to be disappointed, and I apologise for the lack of updates.

Second, regarding our silence:
We’ve had a backlog of enquiries recently, but that’s not an excuse for leaving you without a reply. I’m sorry we dropped the ball.

Please email me directly at support@diamondart.uk with your order number. As soon as I have it, I’ll personally look into what’s happened and arrange either a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.

I ordered a Custom Diamond Painting from Diamondart UK

I ordered a Custom Diamond Painting the end of January. I honestly believed this company was based in the UK. It was a photo from my daughter’s wedding. When I received the painting, I soon realised that because the two faces were small in the image, details were lost. This was confirmed when I started applying the diamonds, in fact the faces looked even worse. May I suggest that in the description you make it clear that images with larger and clearer details will be more suitable for a painting than anything small.
I realise now that I could have ordered the same thing from Temu also based in China for £4 or £5 and I paid £18 . Yes it was packaged well but unfortunately I will not be finishing this one.

AVOID ...AVOID AVOID...

Avoid this company......the website is in UK but be carefull the order is coming from China....which means around 3 weeks...maibe more...God knows .
When you ask about your order,they are using the excuse like " there is too many orders and is very busy period".
January....and they are extremely busy..🤣🤣
If you order from diamond art or shein or temu ...the only difference is the price ( triple at diamond art .....so if you want something order straight from the soursce and avoid being foolish.
I have already 2 weeks of waiting and God knows when or if I will receive my order!
