Right from the start, Uttam and Riddhi have been the most welcoming, helpful and friendly jewellers I could have ever asked for. Buying an engagement ring is obviously a BIG deal, but they made the process so simple, personalised and exciting. I was nervous at first, but they were able to make me a beautiful, custom design that was exactly what I imagined. They worked with me to craft my dream ring, and my mouth literally dropped when I finally saw it in person. The process is quick and efficient too - Uttam answered so many of my questions with such a positive attitude, and you can really tell they genuinely care about their customers. I even spoke to Uttam over the phone, and he was incredibly reassuring about the whole process - he was able to go back and forth with me, making sure I was 100% happy with the final product. Lastly, their lab-grown diamonds are affordable, ethical, and conflict-free - I'm also honestly so happy to support a Desi, woman-led small business. Their diamonds are of excellent quality too, so there's really no downside here. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, and I'll certainly be back with more custom orders! Thank you DiamondsbyUK!

I wanted a special order ring for a very special occasion, on short notice. DiamondsbyUK made the ring to my specifications and shipped it to the U.S. in time for our 50th anniversary.
