Ordered a camera online got it 2 days later and for a good price.

I was after a new zoom lens and wanted to trade in my old one. The cheapest price I found was in Sydney but would not have been able to trade the old lens in. I was surprised to find the next cheapest price was here in Adelaide and contacted them to see if they could give me a rough idea of the trade-in price. I got a very quick response, and they even quoted a price on the new lens that was cheaper than the price on their website and the price for the old lens was also more than I expected. I always take very good care of my equipment but was very surprised when I went in to pick up my purchase, that Sean didn't even test the old lens and gave me the price he quoted. Couldn't be more happy with price and service and Diamonds will definitely be my first port of call for future photographic purchases.

Item was dispatched very quickly. The camera was used but yoiu would never know, it was in perfect condition. I made a mistake in my order and got the wrong lens. They were quite happy to refund, but I ordered a replacement anyway due to the excepotional support and resaoonse

I signed up on Trustpilot to rate this business since they have it listed as one of their online ratings services after I received a quick response (less than 30 minutes) to my email about the lens I received being the wrong type. This was an easy mistake given the HOYA lens front labelling for the UV and Polariser lens are the same. I expected to have to hassle with going to the PO to return it but this was not required and instead they sent the correct lens via priority mail. This, along with their much better pricing on this lens has me as a return customer.
