I have purchased hundreds of thousands of dollars of sofas, dining tables, dining chairs and accent tables from Diamond Sofa for my home staging and interior design business. The quality of the product is excellent for the price point. Customer service is excellent. If there's something wrong, they take care of it right away. Their pieces hold up really well through multiple moves. I highly recommend them to my clients.

I purchased an expensive Diamond Sofa sectional through Mattress Mania, an authorized retailer that sells Diamond Sofa products. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing furniture purchases I have ever made.

The sectional was advertised with specific dimensions, but when it arrived, several of the pieces did not match the advertised measurements the sectional some pieces for example the accent chair was advertised as 37x37 but for the pic you can clearly off. When you're spending thousands of dollars on a sectional, accurate dimensions are not optional—they are part of what you're paying for.

To make matters worse, the quality of the construction is unacceptable. One of the armless pieces is visibly poorly constructed, and the overall craftsmanship falls far below what I would expect from a premium furniture manufacturer.
When I contacted Mattress Mania regarding these issues, they reached out to Diamond Sofa on my behalf. However, Diamond Sofa determined that the poor workmanship was not considered a manufacturer defect and refused to replace the defective piece.

My question is simple: If it isn't a manufacturer defect, then whose defect is it? The furniture left the factory in this condition. It wasn't damaged in my home—it was built this way.
For a company that markets itself as producing quality furniture, refusing to stand behind obvious workmanship issues is extremely disappointing. Equally concerning is the fact that the sectional does not match the advertised specifications, yet no meaningful effort has been made to correct the problem.

I have documented everything, including the incorrect measurements, the poor construction, and the communication regarding my claim. Potential customers deserve to know exactly what they may be dealing with before making such a significant investment.

I expected quality craftsmanship, accurate product specifications, and customer service that stands behind its products. Unfortunately, I received none of those.
I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a Diamond Sofa product—whether directly or through a retailer such as Mattress Mania—to thoroughly inspect every piece, verify every measurement, and understand the company's warranty process before making a purchase. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and based on how this matter has been handled, I cannot recommend Diamond Sofa.
