I returned a shirt that was the incorrect size. So far taken a week to send me replacement / bigger sized shirt which I would not expect from a company in the UK which prides itself apoarently on orders being satisfied in 48 hrs?
Communications also poor...took 2 e mails before I could get a response.
When I eventually get my shirt will not be using this company again. Very poor!

Probably the best customer service I’ve had from a clothing brand , I had over optimistically ordered a 3xl and they mailed to explain looking at me they’d say chances are I’m bigger
Anyway ended up in a 5xl and it fits and looks perfect
