Easy website usage. Great product.

Such a good company with excellent customer feedback when I received only part of order they responded immediately to say sent out order in separate packages. The order was quick to be delivered and Wow I am so impressed. I had ordered before and have not been disappointed. The quality of the jewellery is fantastic and I take the jewellery on hols instead of my real diamonds.

The inserts looks plastic, no shine and very dull. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 rings while my original engagement and wedding band get resized. Happy with the purchase and the overall wear has been good. Have been able to swim, shower and wear everyday without tarnishing.

I ordered a ring for my wife, however the size was too big. I spent weeks trying to get in touch with the customer service via the email address they provided on their website but there was just no reply. I found an alternative email address online and thankfully they responded within 24 hours. After they responded, I must admit the customer service was fantastic, they offered to send an alternative ring with the size required free of charge and didn't request the old ring be sent back. The ring itself looks very nice and I've had no issues since. Getting a response from customer services is very difficult, but once you do they provide a good service.

I ordered 3 rings from diamoray, mixed up sizes but diamoray were very quick to rectify my mistake free of charge, my new order came and I couldn't be happier, the rings are beautiful and the quality is amazing, I will definitely buy more from diamoray.
