From the outset Richard’s communication on point, we discussed a few options over the phone and via email, Richard was informative and reactive to the speed required for the diamond ring that was needed, even whilst he was out of the country. I met Richard on two occasions and all I can say is that I will be recommending his service to anyone that I know who is in the market for a truly personalised piece of jewellery.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Love my wedding ring. Kept me updated on everything when my ring was being made. Very helpful and also affordable. Will always use dicky diamonds for future jewellery

Absolutely delighted with my Diamond Ring
Just received delivery of my wedding ring from Dicky Diamonds. I was struggling to find exactly what l wanted in my local area as there wasn't much choice in platinum with D coloured diamonds.
After sending pictures to Richard he was able to find exactly what l wanted in my style and size and it was posted out promptly with updates on tracking details
Fabulous communication, really nice guy to deal with and very happy with the whole process.
