Had a great experience! Kevin was very friendly and helped my order get processed asap since my truck was out of commission. Never had an issue with the scanner, tech support is very helpful when needed.

Was a bit scared to buy at first until I just bought it and let me tell you it was one of the best things I have done. It has been 7 months so far and the support is amazing for the price as well as the diagnostics. 5 stars I really appreciate you guys a lot

Looks great on their website. Reasonable price. BUT, Very little tech-support in the beginning and then nothing so don’t waste your money.
They sent me the wrong data link to begin with. Then certain programs were not working so I sent the laptop back. Then they sent me a laptop that wasn’t adapted to my current data link. After that, no one would answer or respond to my calls or respond to texts. Find them on facebook also as DieselScanners
