I received an email of what it would look like and once I was happy with it my order came very fast. The map looks amazing! Very neat and much better than I expected it to be. Good quality and has a lovely frame! Very happy with this purchase!!

The piece was good overall. The retainers on the back are not all holding correctly but can be stabilized with some hot glue.
The face has a very slight blemish but the packaging was excellent and the protection was more than adequate.

The entire process from beginning to end was so easy and stress free. I liked that I was given a rendering beforehand to approve and my map arrived quickly. It was the perfect gift!

I was able to personalize the map in multiple ways. I was able to speak with the vendor and was given a preview to ensure it met my expectations. The quality is wonderful.
