This company is a total scam. I placed an order, received a confirmation email. I didn’t pay attention to the email address. Two days later I got an email to say goods had been dispatched, again I didn’t really look at the email. Time went by, no goods, clicked the link on email which didn’t work and then I noticed the name at the bottom of the email Mountbatten-Windsor. Suddenly a few of my grey cells worked.
I think the 5 star ratings are either a different company with a similar name or the scammers themselves.

I too believe an order I’ve recently made through this company is a scam as below the original shipping was quoted as 3-5 days then delayed until the 30/5. They have provided tracking information, but seems to be a one man band.

Of a scam I purchased thinking my item would be sent tracking information goes to Canada post. Please do not buy from the link associated with the product going supposedly to the site. It’s a scam scam. I’ve reported it to the bank .

Scam do not buy from this company. Do not reply to any emails you send them still waiting for my item.

I received the filter system about three weeks ago. The build quality seems sturdy.

Fast delivery, good quality, reasonable prices. Everything packed carefully. This is my third order and I'll likely keep ordering here.

Bit pricey compared to some competitors but you get what you pay for here. The substrate I ordered is actually useful and the filter performs better than cheaper alternatives I've tried.

Been using their lighting equipment for six months now in my 200-liter setup. The LED system runs efficiently, hasn't flickered once, and my plants are growing better than with my old setup. The brightness is adjustable which is perfect for different photoperiods.

Compared to three other aquarium shops I've used before, Difishop offers better prices on equipment and the plant selection is genuinely impressive. Had a minor issue with one filter once, but they replaced it without fussing around. Still my preferred option.

The fish arrived in perfect condition after just two days. Packaging was excellent and every animal looked healthy and active.

Not even worth the one star and I would advice anyone to stay clear. I cancelled an order with them because of very poor communication and asked for a full refund. They agreed to the refund but 2 weeks later it still has not appeared in my account and they are now ignoring all of my communication. All ports of communication are suspicious,the phone just rings out then goes dead, emails just get an automatic responce saying exactly the same thing, and the website communication says error please try later. I have contacted my bank and they are now looking into this payment.
The other reviews on here are for live things like fish but they don't sell those things so I don't understand why trust pilot have them as this gives a false sense of security. Google maps does not show a shop but a building. Be very wary.
