TWO DAYS OFF WORK. A LOT OF ENERGY WASTED BACK AND FORTH, MONEY GIVEN AWAY FOR NOTHING, AND... NO INTERNET.

Hi,
Digicom caused me a great deal of concern. I had to take two days of work and they, at the end, told me we cannot provide network at your location. By the way, I live not so far from the center, near the republican guard. I called them via on the phone, and they told me that - yes, we are able to provide network at your area. I was told to come in one of their offices and sign a contract. The store I was told to sign the contract was too far away from my home. There were plenty of other Digicom stores closer to me. Anyway, I went there and in my opinion the contract I had to sign was very messy. I told them to send me the contract via email, - and it took 4 hours. I do not know for what reason it takes 4 hours to send an email.. NEVERTHELESS, I signed, and payed for the registration, and for the extra devices I bought from them. I was told the technician will arrive tomorrow at 12:00 pm, the technician came earlier, and even before arriving home, was too hasty to leave as soon as possible because he had to do another installation. He came, stayed 5 minutes and said sorry but we cannot provide network in this area (btw I do not live in the middle of the jungle) - ANYWAY - he said we have contacted our engineer and will see if we can install a cassette near the area so we can provide you network and call you back. They left. The engineer never came and He never called. I was called by Digicom support center and told that we are very sorry and we "welcome" you at the store to get your money back. TWO DAYS OFF WORK. A LOT OF ENERGY WASTED BACK AND FORTH, MONEY GIVEN AWAY FOR NOTHING, AND... NO INTERNET. Can't you tell all this to me before all this happens?! It is a simple, no we cannot do it there, sorry. Very good. Next Internet service provider. Ughhhh, I do not know Guys! Good Luck when you call them to provide internet. You will need it.

Now I have to go get my money back - hopefully.

Digicom: A Masterclass in How NOT to Run an Internet Provider

I’ve lived in Tirana for almost three years now. As someone who works remotely, a stable internet connection is not a luxury, it’s a lifeline. So when I signed up for Digicom based on someone’s glowing recommendation, I expected at least a functional level of service.

Instead, what I got was a crash course in frustration, lost hours, and a complete disregard for customer reliability.

They promised “99% reliable fiber internet.”
What I got? Monthly disruptions. Without fail. Every single month for the past ten months, my connection has failed — sometimes for hours, sometimes for days. The worst part? I’ve come to expect it. That’s how broken this service is.

Need a technician? Good luck.
It often takes long hours for them to show up. And when they do? It’s always a temporary fix. Then we’re back to square one before the month ends. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I’ve used internet providers all over Europe. Digicom is, hands down, the worst. And unless you live in a big apartment complex where they might actually invest in proper infrastructure, don’t even think about signing up.

And let me be absolutely clear:
Do NOT reply to this review with your copy-paste “Sorry for the inconvenience, please contact our support” response. I’ve contacted support. Multiple times. The problems persist. What I want is not another empty apology — I want actual solutions, accountability, and a company that gives a damn about its paying customers.

Until then, Digicom deserves every single word of this review.

I wish 0 was an option.

Hi. This is the worst internet company out there. Suddenly you have problem and its not fixed after 4-5 days and gping. You call them and they answer with: we will collect the info and let you know. They never let you know!!!!!

I wish I could give a 0 star review! You gays suck, your internet suck, your customer service suck and droop phone calls, your contact numbers are inexistent most of the time. We work with internet, it’s not a game! We pay for what?! Such a shame!

Company offers fiber service but it's…

Company offers fiber service but it's always down. They aren't ready to povide a stable service but don't inform you in advance that it's still at the installation stage. You are much better to keep the microwave type connection. Very unacceptable when you're 15 minutes away from Ottawa. A lot of people work from home. This is costing the taxpayers.

Out of nowhere I don’t have internet…

Out of nowhere I don’t have internet connection, I called Digicom asking them why this is happening and they told me that it’s a problem in your area and they had no idea for how long this problem would last. This is not the first time it is happening, it happened a few months ago. If you need internet for work , Digicom is not the right choice.

Horrible company.

Horrible company.

They will gladly sell you a 8000LEK per month Gigabit connection but wont provide you with a WiFi router that would allow you to use the full speed of the connection.

Worst of all they wont agree to downgrade the contract to one that I could use fully.

Thief's and liars. Stay away!
