Our team has been a partner of Digirep for years since their first launch. Oliver has been on our side and a go-to for SEO questions and a key factor in the growth of our Electronics repair business. Digirep offers an Instant Quote tool which we've had setup and integrated on our website and linked to RepairDesk. It's worked well and we've had many customer leads reach out for repair quotes but there was an opportunity left on the table. Between leads we couldn't reach on the first or second call or a lack of consistent communication to stay top of mind. We recently upgraded to the Go High Level integration to manage our lead flow and increased our conversion rate from 20% to over 50%. This has directly impacted our business with over $6,500 in additional business in June 2024.
