Thank you DDS for your brilliant after sales service. My CCTV recorder failed. I wanted to keep the system my husband installed and I have no knowledge of CCTV systems. Thanks to Sam & Jake who understood my situation, I now have a fully working system. They sent instructions on how to protect the DVR in the post, on receipt they corrected the fault and only charged for the replacement part. Even offered to help me set up system. This is not a new system yet they still corrected the fault for me.

Correct what was ordered, and on time slot given

Approximately 1 year ago I purchased equipment from DDS, 2 x cameras, a 4x input recorder and it has been excellent. Build quality is also impressive and of a high quality. I recently had to access playback, but had no password info, and DDS tried several times until I was sorted.
I have just installed another camera and bought more cables, delivered in one day.
This is the sort of service we need now, a genuine, personal approach while the world goes mad! First class, A+, well done DDS.

We have exclusively been using DDS for many years. The sales team are excellent but the support team are the reason we are very reluctant to use another supplier as they are superb!

CCTV Camera purchased were of poor quality and no operating instructions included. Would not recommend. I’m sure if these were Sony they would have had some sort of operating instructions. At best only the the sensor is Sony not the whole camera! Not as advertised!
