Why we hire digital marketing experts? Well, to get solid results, experience growth, connect with customers and much more. Just like any other client i was also expecting the same from them. So DAVINDER TOUN who is the ceo of Digitalserp, i had conversation with him and he somehow convinced me. I was also happy to start thinking my business is in good hands but who knew IT WILL TURN OUT TO BE THE WORST DECISION.

The project started and i gave him full amount in advance which he requested. I paid in a jiffy. Then the things turned south. Instead of him telling me project progress, it was me who was chasing him and asking updates.

DAVINDER IS DAMN EXCELLENT AT MAKING EXCUSES and CONVINCING OTHERS. He lied to me n i kept believing thinking that's okay, there might be delay n it happens sometimes.

I am shocked to see his way of working and level of unprofessionalism shown. This CEO has the audacity to take advance payment but he will never ever give you updates or communicate well. This man almost ruined my whole business which was in the initial stage n my money got wasted along with time.

HIRING HIM was the first worst decision of my life. I will now never work with anyone overseas. People like him aren't even good as employees but he is a CEO..CHEATING EXECUTION OFFICER.

If you want mental stress, anxiety, delay in project, no results and wanna waste money then HE IS THE BEST PERSON TO HIRE. They lack customer service and communication skills solemnly. Also, all the online reputation they have is completely fake. I have the evidences and i am not talking futile.

With DIGITALSERP, your project is never ever in GOOD HANDS. Not recommended.
