I paid off my balance and didn’t save any receipts, they call me back months later and say something like the bank didn’t approve those payments when I had the pay off later already I didn’t save it so I had to pay 1,500 more.Save all receipts and every little detail.

0 STARS! TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE FOR THE SAME STATEMENT. ONCE THE ACOUNT WAS PAID IN FULL, THEY ADDED $6.46 INTREST CHARGE. HOW DO YOU KEEP ADDING INTEREST ON AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS PAID OFF!!! AFTER I TRIED TO PAY THE $6.46, THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO PAY THE ACCOUNT OVER THE PHONE AND THEY REMOVE THE OPTION FROM MY ACOUNT WHERE I COULD NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT ONLINE. 0 STARS!

I paid off a loan on August 30, 2025 they reported it DELINQUENT on August 30, 2025

I paid off a loan on August 30, 2025. On August 30, 2025 my Dignifi account was reported as delinquent to the credit bureaus. I contacted the company today 9/3/2025 and was told by the agent on a recorded line to contact the credit agencies and inform them it was paid off. She stated sometime around September 15, 2025 my account would be updated. I am confused? Why was it reported as delinquent on the pay off day? This has already negatively affected my credit. I am completely disgusted and disheartened after paying off the loan in its entirety.

I repeat do not take out loan with this…

I repeat do not take out loan with this company at all. They are just about money. They do not help their customers even though it's there fault. Customers service sucks and they add interst when you trying to pay the loan off. All there's complaints they are getting someone is going to take them court. This company is going to go down pretty soon.

Find another way to pay for your car repairs!!!

High AF interest rates & an annual fee for a fake revolving credit account to cover car repairs are just the tip of the iceberg! Why create a revolving line of credit like a normal Visa or MC, but then the available credit balance can't be used??!?! I called in to ask how to access the cash advance option to pay for car repairs because the repair shop I have to send my car to doesn't accept Dignifi/ExpressWay, and I was told to ask the repair shop to apply with them so they can accept payment! What Dignifi needs to do is update the Credit Agreement where it clearly states cash advances are based on available credit. I have more than enough available credit, yet their max limit isn't $2,000 - it's ZERO because I can't access it AT ALL.

This Account was closed out in 2022…

This Account was closed out in 2022 balance zero now all of a sudden when I check my credit there’s a $174 fee on there from Dignifi talking about annual fee that I was not aware of nor did they send anything out to me stating this was due they just sent it to the credit bureau. Can you say scam never again!!!!!!

I paid the account off in January 2024

I paid the account off in January 2024. Three months later, I received a statement stating that I have a balance of $59 for the annual fee. This is not a credit card, it’s a loan, therefore once the balance is paid in full, you’re done.

Upon, speaking with the account supervisor Georgina, I was told the fee would be waived and my account closed upon request. I asked her will this negatively affect my credit, she stated they aren’t credit specialist.

I was never told by DigniFi, that once the balance was paid in full, I would incur an annual fee.

I now understand why Audi no longer uses this company as an option for repairs.

DigniFi charges FEES TO MAKE A PAYMENT! Such an unethical and scummy company. They don't allow any payments to be made via debit or credit card without charging a $2.50 fee plus a $4.50 fee and which will be ran as a "CASH ADVANCE" so your debit or credit card will also charge you additional fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASHY COMPANY.

If I could rate dignifi zero stars that would be my rating. I ordered leather seat covers from Katzkin and they offered a "same as cash" financing through dignifi. If you pay off the invoice according to dignifi's terms and don't close the account you are guaranteed to have an expensive "annual account renewal" charge a few months later. This cost me over eighty dollars. Beware.

I made a full payment to them n 2 weeks…

I made a full payment to them n 2 weeks later they say they never got it. I got ahold of the company I got the check from and they said dignifi cashed 4 days after I sent it. They are saying they only got the minimum payments I know is true but they are saying they never got the check but yet it was cashed.

DigniFi STEALS from you on PURPOSE

Worst Customer Service EVER! I made a change to my payment due date and it set off a ridiculous experience. I called FOUR different times and got FOUR different answers about how my account would be updated correctly. I haven't missed any payments since I opened my account in November. Every single person I spoke to lied to me by telling me that my account would be updated to reflect that I had not missed any payments.
My only offer of resolution by some idiot named
Jennifer was to write a letter to the President and hopefully, he will write back to me! REALLY. Shame on you DigniFi, there is no dignity in your organization. Your employee's customer service is embarrassing they can barely formulate a sentence, who says AX for the word "ask" while smacking their gum. There was no attempt to look further or escalate, instead, I was to make an extra payment so it doesn't reflect negatively on my credit even though you don't owe us the money. This is a straight ripoff. This is one for the FCC and the BBB and every media platform I can place it on, NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS with DigniFi THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT!!! Go to ANYONE for a loan but them!
