My experience has been very disappointing. I contacted them by email but received no response, and their website does not appear to be functioning properly.
The user identity verification process also raised serious concerns for me, especially because it appears to require a payment in dollars. In my opinion, a basic identity verification system should not require users to make an unexplained payment.
Based on these issues, I have serious concerns about the company’s legitimacy and would advise others to be extremely cautious before providing personal information or making any payment.
