Just a PSA, everyone: DineAgency / DineMarket hired me to develop or to fix several of their websites, and unfortunately, after the tasks requested were completed, the company failed to pay its dues as previously agreed / discussed, even after weeks of comments and footnotes of the progress made along the way. So in a nutshell, please tread carefully when dealing with this company, as for at least in my case, I got stiffed for $300, even after work was delivered and reviewed by several members of the team and management. I really believed it was a serious business but apparently it's all a fake front. Be very careful when dealing with this company. Lesson learned!

Dine Market has truly been a lifesaver for us this past year. We are grateful that they kept delivering fresh produce and groceries at such reasonable prices in the middle of the pandemic when it was nerve-wrecking to go to the grocery store or to wait for a delivery window to open on other sites. We love the growing product range with vegan alternatives and all the Greek goodies! And we are really happy to support a local family business rather than conglomerates. We recommend Dine Market to our friends all the time and most of them are using them on the regular.
We have two suggestions for Dine Market's already stellar service: Since we're slowly venturing outside of our homes with the end of the pandemic in sight, we'd love to know the approximate time of our delivery. Second, and more importantly, we'd love to see less clear plastic bags in our box. We realize some of the produce needs to be bagged but most don't. Please share our suggestion with your vendors so we can all cut down on the plastic use. Thank you!

Dine Market has saved our lives by bringing top notch produce to our doorsteps. The vegetables, fruits, milk, eggs, and bakery products we get from them is the same as what we used to get from a farmer's market. We have spread the word, and most of my colleagues are now getting their groceries from Dine Market. I am happy I discovered them, and I wish them much success in their entrepreneurial endeavors. Dine Market is a class act, delivering groceries expediently in the midst of a global pandemic. I strongly recommend them to my fellow humans and wish them good health, happiness, and prosperity.

Dinemarket is wonderful. I live on Long Island and I placed my order yesterday and it was delivered this morning right in the middle of the snow storm. I wasn’t expecting the delivery to happen today and I was fine with it even if they didn’t deliver until roads were cleared. But the delivery walked through 2 feet of snow, because my street wasn’t cleared. Thank you Dine Market. This company deserves an 11 out of 10.

Dine Market's customer service is stellar. My CS rep, Cristiana was extremely professional and handled my problem quickly and efficiently. Any company can do a good job when things go smoothly but the test of a great company is how they handle things when they go awry. Dine Market is simply fabulous.

The fruits and veggies are good and delivery is on time. Slight errors happen with a new company, but overall, I've been more pleased with quality over FD or Peapod.

Most everything I receive is great. When it is not I contact them and they correct it immediately.

They really saved my behind during the pandemic for grocery deliveries, since March. Their prices are reasonable. Sure sometimes they get something wrong or an egg comes cracked, but they always deliver on the day they will and have pretty good variety, that's always expanding. I'm not sure what I would have done without them.

Dine Market is great. In particular Valley View Produce has been a fantastic service since the pandemic hit. I took off 1 star from my review because I've had a few orders where 1 or 2 things were incorrect, but they have usually been quick to correct the mistakes or offer refunds.

I've been ordering from Dine Market (specifically Valley View Produce) since April 2020, and they have been an absolute savior for me. As a high risk individual, I was very concerned about going out, even for groceries, and Dine Market has been wonderful every time I ordered from them. The produce are fresh, and the selection of products keeps growing too.

ordered from valley view produce 2 times. Excellent, fresh items. Dine market does not offer a delivery window, so you would think that you would have to be home all day, waiting. However, there is a lovely girl in customer service who will call the vendor for you, and get back to you with a 2-3 hour delivery window. This is something that takes a little effort, and could be tweaked on the website. I highly recommend dine market

I'm not new to ordering stuff online. Despite that, prior to having to deal with the covid-19 pandemic, I never ordered groceries online. I was a bit hesitant, but due to being unable to go outside and get groceries how I usually do, I had to give this a try.

I first found out about this service through Reddit and though I wasn't sure how things would turn out, I eventually gave it a try. Some fruits and vegetables have arrived a bit spoiled, but everything else about this service is great. The deliveryman is polite, helpful, and he's always worn a mask.

I was stuck inside of my apartment for a lengthy period of time and it was due to this service, and what they do, that I was able to keep my family well fed during the worst of the covid-19 pandemic in NYC.

Dine Market has been such a great find!
During the pandemic both my husband and myself have tried not to frequent the stores.
So, this has been a God send. They deliver next day. The quality of Valley View produce is usually excellent, and if you happen to be missing something or the quality of something is not to your liking they quickly make it right.

Dine Market has made pandemic shopping so easy. Prices are good, and if something isn't great quality or has been messed up during delivery, they are extremely conscientious about refunding.

Started using Dine Market in April when trying to snag a Whole Foods delivery spot just became too much of a headache. Months later, still a happy Dine Market (and Valley View) customer. Their product selection keeps growing and the prices are extremely reasonable. I also enjoy the frequent sales and discount days. Really a great service that I can't imagine being without!

We have been using dine market to order our weekly basics since early March 2020. They have always been fantastic for fresh produce and delivery has always been on time and accurate. They've been a great help during the early days of March and April when it was impossible to get home delivery for groceries and we didn't want to go out in person. Great selection, Great Prices and they often have discounts in their news letter! I can't recommend them enough and we've gotten many of our friends to start shopping with them as well!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Dine. We’ve ordered Valley View products dozens of times and have always found them to be reliable and super affordable. They have made contactless delivery super easy and we’ve been really happy with the food we’ve received!
