Corroheat 4010 - High Temperature wax is brilliant, drys to a non sticky coating that does not attract dust and dirt, perfect for engine bays.

Does what it says on the can . Use this to protect the underside of my Vespa GTS .. excellent product and works all year round in the UK with salted winter roads! Timely delivery also.

I use Dinitrol for all my cars, always have since seeing it used in HM Forces. You don't see rusty tanks, do you?
If only every business was as good as Dinitrol!

I purchased the products based on recommendation and various reviews and practical demo material on you tube. I have used one of the two types I purchased of the product up to now which was inside a second hand subframe I am fitting to a project car. All seems ok following application. Long term results will be monitored. Good service from manufacturer and quick delivery

Found their Customer Services Dept helpful and informative - before I ordered - and received my goods promptly and when I wanted them, having taken advantage of the DPD delivery option of changing it for a day when I could be at home.
However, one of the products I ordered was their RC800 rust converter, at a cost of £60. It came as a surprise that there is no information given on how to clean your brush or whatever afterwards, and what came as much more of a shock was an unmentioned B.B.E. that gives me 7 1/2 weeks to use it on a fairly wide and complicated variety of jobs I've got planned for it and which (hopefully?) makes it worth the price.
Contacting their Customer Services again to point out these glaring omissions got me the clean-up info and a copy of the products Data Sheet - as I've pointed out to them, I had already read that carefully before ordering and again when I received the RC800; it was because the cleaning method and very short B.B.E. date was missing from said sheet or, indeed, anywhere else in the products description on their website that I had got in touch with them - I expected to find the clean-up info on the products label; I didn't expect the need to use it so quickly at all, else I would have started the lengthy prep work before I ordered!

Following my originally entering this as a 3 star review I got an email from a member of their Design and Marketing department asking "would you be happy to review your Trustpilot information in return for a couple of aerosols / products up to a value of £26" and that they were "updating the website to improve the information currently available"; I had a phone call within an hour of that from the same person offering to also cover the P&P (£31 in total). I replied that - as I already quite possibly have more of their stuff than I can cope with in 7 1/2 weeks - I would instead be prepared to do it for a £30 refund, as I could well need to buy more RC800 if I could not finish the job within the deadline, but my counter-offer was refused.
I then phoned the Citizen Advice consumer helpline, who advised me to contact Dinitrol's complaints department and tell them I wanted to return the product due to it being "not as described" and that because of that I was entitled to a full refund despite having opened it, and so that is what I did.
I then received a rather rabid email from Dinitrol's Regional Manager (EU) accusing me of trying to blackmail them, which I found a bit rich from a company that offered to "pay" me to change my Trustpilot review, and stating that they were actually only vaguely thinking about maybe improving the products information possibly in the future - so buyer beware!
I should add that having been back in touch with Citizens Avice (who totally agree that I'm right and Dinitrol is wrong) they have passed this on to Trading Standards as a criminal case under "The Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Act" due to "misleading or aggressive selling practise" by Dinitrol.
I should also add that Dintrol tried to block this review - twice - and part of the reasons they gave suggest I'm still trying to "blackmail" them to get money off my next order, even though I would now rather watch my gates rust than buy any more from them! I am also being threatened with legal action for posting this, and that "the damage coursed to BIG [Dinitrol's parent company] can run into tens of thousands of pounds and we will pursuit this as far as it takes" even though they know I am disabled and drive a now rapidly ageing MK3 VW Golf (that actually belongs to my severely disabled partner and was my other reason for buying the RC800, trying to eke a few more years out of the old girl) so they might as well make it tens of millions - even if it turns out that having the temerity to stand up for my rights against Dinitrol and telling the simple truth IS in fact illegal and they sue me for everything I'm worth, 100% of next to nothing is aroundabouts nothing and I'll see if I can get the TV &/or newspapers interested in the case and give this company's reputation another boost in the direction I think it clearly deserves?
This just leaves me to try and get my money back through the Small Claims Court. I know this company has mostly good reviews - that's why I bought from them - but obviously I'll never deal with them again; if you're thinking of buying from them my advice is: just bear in mind that if you have any problems, even if they've caused them, as far as Dinitrol is concerned the problem is all yours (just don't you dare tell anyone about it)!

P.S. Having opened the RC800 (their excuse for refusing me a refund) to do the advised "patch test" before noticing the minuscule BBE date, their "highly technological advanced product with a complicated chemical formulation" looks, smells, goes on, washes off the brush and feels just like PVA glue - maybe someone should test it?
