Thanks for a Fast, easy and quick registration and order service.

Very impressed with ease of online navigation and purchasing, I however have not received my purchase yet to give an overall opinion. So far so good though.

UPDATE - Speedy response to below complaint, and apparently it is not usual practice, also have been offered to plant three trees as compensation which sounds wonderful. Very good response and clearly do care about customer service.

* I received the tiny bottle of window primer (which could have fit through the letter box) in a huge box packed full of starch packaging - which may be less environmentally costly than polystyrene but still seems extremely unnecessary as I assume the plant based packaging still has to be grown and processed into packaging which still uses energy - a box a quarter of the size would probably still have been excessive but would at least not have been ridiculous and would have adequately met any need for extreme protection of a chemical that may not be suitable to post in a padded envelope. This seems ironic since the packaging came with a note suggesting it was carbon neutral packaging, not to mention ~£5 was added at last minute at checkout for the cost of said packaging after the total price of product iself only around £5, doubling the cost unexpectedly. I now understand that I was paying for the transport of air...

Item not in stock but was notified about this, new date forwarded and item delivered as promised. No problems.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpfull on the phone. I would, however, have appreciated the option to pay for the products there and then on the phone rather than returning to the website. Otherwise, very efficient.

Excellent service, only used the rust treatment so far, results look very promising.

Very good product, easy to use

I've used Dinitrol for years on my old cars in my opinion it's the best system for keeping rust under control - it's not cheap but it works,and despite all the 'offers' that you see the best price and service is from Dinitrol Direct no question.

Website I have found tricky to navigate and to find the product I wanted. I previously bought a kit that it seems is no longer available which is a shame!

Still happy to return and buy again though.
