I did not know how an online baking class will work for me.I was very happy to bake a good spongy cake with the information given.The instructions were precise and the tips given by dipti helped in avoiding some common mistakes .Reviewing of all the cakes were also a great help.
I would love to attend further workshops.

It was a wonderful experience I really thank Dipti for the workshop .It has given me an insight into what baking is all about and anyone who has a passion to learn can definitely bake a cake without any prior experience ..I really thank and appreciate the efforts of Dipti for sharing her immense knowledge and motivating us who are just layman.I enjoyed baking the cake and I felt really good getting good feedback and comments from my family members .

Its just first Step in baking.... Dont think about great fancy cakes in your mind and join the class. Be cool, open minded and sit in class as child.. She insist more on basics which I think it's very very important more than grand decorations...

As a beginner my confidence was low and was confused what to do and will I be able to bake the cake.
Dipti Vartak Academy really helped me .The minute things were discussed...and were explained by examples that was really helpful in understanding.
I tried the recipe and it came out wonderful. I was amazed to see my cake and my kids were very happy and enjoyed the delicious cake.
I really want to thank Dipti mam for showing and answering our queries patiently.The tips were shared and we're talked in detail that was the icing part of the classes . We could not get more than this anywhere else ...so learners should definitely join this academy .

Best guidance for baking. Very practical. Learnt a lot

I have been baking from last 2-3 years after shifting to Germany. I have been watching many youtube videos and tried baking eggless cakes. But each time i was not sure whether the cake will come good or not. because i did not have the logic or science behind cake baking.
After your sessions, i got a lot of knowledge about baking, what could have gone wrong when cake does not come out good.

I always passionated to bake the best textured cake but always failed inspite of seeing many YouTube videos following many recipes, I failed the reason is not the ingredients nor the recipes but the procedure/process. I understood this the reason for my failure only once I attended this session.
After attending the first session we are given the recipe of vanilla sponge cake with magical process steps I would say and with the help of this recipe I was able bake the best textured cake.
Now I got the confidence to bake best cakes for my family, specially for my kutti papa!

By attending Dipti's class I finally got the perfect cake, I have seen n number of cake videos on youtube but small things captured by Dipti is truly worth and I think that matters a lot. She clears all the doubts and queries patiently with the same time she make sure assignment give by her is done and that gave me the confidence that I can bake a perfect cake.
