Seamless Purchase and Delivery
Ordering was straight forward, delivery didn't take long and no unnecessary bulky packaging . Would recommend Direct Chem’s. Giving sodium bicarbonate to get rid of weeds and moss after seeing an ad on Instagram. Will see how this works.

Excellent customer service
It may seem odd to give a 5 star review when we received the wrong product but the company were extremely helpful, responded very quickly to our emails, gave us a prompt refund and arranged collection of the incorrect item on our preferred date. The item was collected within a specified 2 hour window so we didn't have to wait in and the driver arrived on time. We're all human and it's how companies respond to an error that really tells you how good they are to deal with. Thanks for first class customer support and we would certainly order from you again!
