Had a 2 year agreement. Got a call after 2 years out of the blue that I owe over £2000 with no notification.
Poor communication, pouncing on small business.
Check and check again the agreements you make with this business!!!

I really appreciate everyone’s help from Direct Digital.
I have recently come out of hospital, and I contacted Kim from the Legal Department.
She handled my account with compassion and was very professional.
I explained my situation to her, and she came to a respectful & professional compromise.
I am extremely grateful for all her help as I was a little apprehensive on making the call. I had no need to worry, we worked together to reach a resolution.

Do not use this company!!! I got scammed, was told by rep that it would be a year contract as I said no to the 2 years, rep said that was no problem and I went ahead, the screen that advert is on is small one not great quality. When I got the email with contract saw it said 2 yrs and said I don’t want to go head but as I had signed at my work (stupid I trusted the rep and didn’t see the 2 yrs) I can not get out and told if I stopped payments I would be taken to court, I spoke to someone on the phone and complained but got a rude women who said I should have read it properly and didn’t believe the rep said 1yr (I had witness at the time who heard him say 1yr) waste of money and no customers from advert as quality of screen and small advert makes it hard to see. DO NOT USE this company!!!!

We have had an absolute amazing experience with Direct Digital.

Absolute awful company, John Sayer one of their reps just bare face lies to you. He came out in February 2024 and my advert only got "published" in August! I've been to all 3 Venues were my advert was supposed to be and it's absolutely no where to be seen! Trying to get in touch with someone is a pain! There's a scam.page of Facebook, check it out before you sign up

Shereen was kind and helpful over the phone explaining what to expect now that our practice has joined the partnership. She remembered I had undergone surgery and checked in on how I was doing, which shows me this team is compassionate and values each partnering business individually. Excited to begin our journey!

So far our experience has been great however not enough time has been given to rate it accurately.

We received a very good service from direct digital. Advert is up and playing and the commercial is to a very high standard which we are really happy with. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I’ve been with Direct Digital for over 4 months and honestly I haven’t seen one client through them, very poor service. Don’t waste your money on them you rather pay for insta add. I’m stuck with them and I can’t even end my contract. Paying money for nothing

My company were contacted by a rep from Direct Digital to help promote my dog kennels. Our advert was created by their design team and has now been displayed in my local post office and medical centre.

The advert we received is amazing, something we couldn't have done without Direct Digital.

I have received a welcome call and am happy with the information I was given. Pooja was very helpful.

Like many other would be a zero or minus stars if possible. I'd imagine most good reviews are fakes. Pathetic service and communication. The only thing they are good at is promising the earth and delivering nothing. They are also good at engineering a contract to suit their business model. I would advise to avoid completely. If you are somehow tempted please read the contract inside out and know what you are getting yourself into which will prove difficult and costly to get yourself out of, with likely no return just stress and as others have mentioned harrasment.

I wish I did checked / searched company before I sign it. It cost me more than £2000.

Terrible company. Poor standard of editing. Initial call they said they were from a local gp surgery, but the surgery had no knowledge and had not yet agreed to the advertising board in their surgery. salesman lied about hidden costs and length of contract. Still no live advert. Avoid at all costs. *****Since speaking to direct digital, we have come to an agreement to end the contract after 1 year. I cannot comment on anything else as it hasn't been resolved yet.

So after what was a bad experience I can now say that Direct Digital worked with me on all my issues and they have been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Thank you for hearing me, your time and effort to help me. It is appreciated.
