Good never arrived company ignoring correspondence

Disappointing experience, order not fulfilled. I'm not even sure if they are still trading. I do not recommend.

Order placed 7th June 26 no sight or sound . Lots of promises now not answering phones emails rejected not impressed

Haven't received my order. Company website doesn't work anymore. Company email address doesn't work either. Couldn't find any ways to contact them about my order or a refund.

Paid and never got the order piss poor company don’t waste you money

I placed an order on 14 June with a supposedly 2-5 day delivery. I've tried to email the company using the info email address which no longer works. Reading some of the other comments I suspect the website was a scam or they have gone bust. Either way, avoid this company and website.

The company appears to have gone bust after taking my order on 13 Jun for £58. No response to emails, tracking link doesn't work, phone number doesn't work. Now making a claim for a refund from Amex. Do not order from this company!!!!

Still waiting for item that was ordered on the 7th June, I believe this company has gone bust!!!

Product not delivered, all emails and calls ignored

I placed an order on 14th, delivery was stated 2 - 5 days. I checked tracking some days later, the website was still working, then .... and stated that my order was being readied for despatch.
Its still not arrived, and neither ther tracking link, the website, email address or phone number work, (as other reviewers have also found)
I would also like to advise that there is now a very similiar website selling the same products at exactly the same prices .... remarkable co-incidence :|

They've charged me £103.56
It was supposed to be delivered on 23/06/2026
As of now. Their website isn't working. They're not answering any phone calls.
It looks like I've been robbed of £103.

Edit: I spoke to someone from their company on the 24/06/2026 who acknowledged my order. He told me the website was down and causing issues. I was informed my order would be delivered in a few days.
Since then as of the 10/07/2026 I haven't received anything. I have tried to contact them numerous times. With no response.

Bs website, order never arrived, I emailed and they replied instantly saying they would get back to me. 4 days passed and now their website doesn't exist.

On time delivery, good communication.

I ordered various ducting on the 7th of June 2026 and I'm still waiting and it's the 20th June 2026. I've emailed and had no reply and on Monday I'll be ringing and cancelling and buying the same ducting elsewhere. Don't bother with these clowns.
