When the item arrived it didn’t match the pictures on their website so I immediately sent it back for a refund. It took ages just to get a partial refund as they deducted two lots of postage despite their error. When I raised a query they were rude and unhelpful.

For clarity, the fee only applies when an item is returned for a refund using our return label, and is there to cover the cost of posting the item back to us. Didn't stick to delivery window promised which left no time to buy elsewhere in time for date needed. Customer Service were unwilling to help.

Our warehouse was particularly busy over the last couple of weeks and, due to a number of factors, we were unfortunately not able to despatch parcels as quickly as usual. This is not the service we hope to provide, nor is it the norm for us. Excellent Hockey Stick Purchase
Site is easy to navigate whilst also intuitive and helpful in terms of suggested additional items often bought together - grips when I was buying a new hockey stick for example. Highly competitive prices and a vast range to choose from. Product was superbly well packaged and arrived very promptly - from checkout to arrival was surprisingly speedy! Very satisfied with the level of service and communication.

Damaged Hockey Shoes
The shoes I ordered arrived in a used state, having been damaged and altered by a previous buyer, returned and then resold without any proper quality checking or inspection. The box was also damaged and barely held together. Despite the serious disappointment of receiving damaged shoes, the delivery was very fast, and the returns process/customer service was efficient.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We sincerely apologise that you received a damaged item.
We looked into this and had found that this particular pair of shoes had not previously been sent to another customer. They had unfortunately been received from the brand in this condition. All return items are subject to thorough inspection and we would not have made an item available for another customer to purchase, had it been returned from another order.
When you first shared the images with us, we explained that the issue appeared to be a manufacturing defect. Since receiving the shoes back and having the brand assess them, they have now confirmed that this was indeed a manufacturing issue. We are very sorry that you received this pair of shoes and for any inconvenience caused.
We are glad that our Customer Service team were able to resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.

Took a few days to arrive but happy…
Took a few days to arrive but happy with purchase, my daughter is slim and the xs socks ordered for her starting year 7 actually fit her and dont fall down so I'm happy.

Easy to order on line and arrived on…
Easy to order on line and arrived on time and undamaged. Only comment was that packaging was not great. The box the hockey stick came in had been squashed. The bow of the stick had been wrapped in bubble wrap and tape so protected the rest wasn’t. Maybe wrapping the whole stick would be a good idea and securing in the box so that it does not rattle around. Would buy from this company again
